I am trying to get a loan from a bank and it states that I have a debt associated with this collections agency. What do I do?Unfortunately, until you settle your account with us, the debt will be reflected on your credit report. The best thing for you to do now is to follow the link found on the invoice you received from us and pay whatever you owe. Once this is completed, we will notify the credit agency so that the debt is resolved and it is no longer reflected in your credit score.

I received a call, email, or text from PRS in error. What should I do?"One important aspect of collections is ensuring we gather all of the correct information about the debtor. However, sometimes information can get mixed up and errors can be made. What happens if I continue to ignore all communications from PRS?Unfortunately, this isn't a problem that can be swept under the rug and forgotten about. While you may be able to evade our efforts to get a hold of you, the debt will continue to be reflected in your credit score and will inhibit you from obtaining further credit from other institutions such as personal loans, car financing, mortgages, and even stop you from from being eligible to sign a cell phone contract. In other words, you might be able to forget about the debt but the debt does not forget about you!
